Guild Wars 2

Ever since the last patch, all of the AOE abilities on my account(By that I mean this issue effects multiple characters) are now point blank when before they were targeted. I can no longer select where my Engineers grenades explode, or my Ranger’s Barrage lands. When I click these abilities, the automatically trigger instead of letting me target them, and the effect/damage centers around my characters body.

It sucks, a lot.

There is an option in the “options” tab allowing to “fast-cast AOE skills” (this means the AOE goes there where your cursor is, if possible). I would take a look, maybe you have selected that option, or there is a bug that selected that option for you. You can probably just disalbe it again?

Thanks a lot, that fixed it. My account was previously hacked and I’m imagining they selected this option to make my ranger a better bot. Thanks!
