There are a lot of skill challenges and events bugged out at the moment on the (US)Tarnished Coast server.

3 skillpoints in Brisban Wildlands are unobtainable.

-The 2 in Skrittsburgh, an event outside the city is glitched and the city gates remain closed.
-The tree spirit thing in Hidden Lake is bugged and you cannot start the conversation to accept the challenge.

1 in Metrica Province
-Black Ice 4444 seems to have walked through a wall or fell through the floor.

There are possibly more Skill Challenges that are unobtainable at the moment due to bugs and glitches!

If anyone else from Tarnished Coast can post other bugged Skill Challenges/Events in this thread it would be greatly appreciated!

Liongaurd Mette in Stonescatter watch is bugged and you can’t fight him, but you can hear him saying things in Tarnished Coast as well, so you can’t get the skill point there.

Just off the top of my head.

Fields of Ruin:
– Escort the messenger. Messenger just stands there and does nothing.
- The build a bonfire to attract a griffon (or something) is stuck.

Iron Marches:
- Return the logger’s spirits to their bodies. Spirits just stand there. Ghost spiders don’t spawn.
- Save the cubs from the witch. The witch is stuck in the house and you can’t get to her.

Blazeridge Steppes:
- There is an attack the ogre’s base event that doesn’t start.

I’ve reported a whole lot more in game.

Malchor’s Leap:
- Lyssa Event is broken since the cannon NPC’s are stuck and do not rebuild the cannon. We tried for about an hour controlling the other two needed points and had no luck at all:(
- Escort Mission, which starts at the beginning of the zone, broken as well.
- Skill Point by Bayt Fallahin POI is still broken after a week:(

Straights of Devastation:
- Central Invasion is stuck at the Krait Base and does not progress.
- Southern Invasion has an escort DE which is always getting stuck.

These are just a few off the top of my head. I have encountered many many more over the last few days and my guildies have a long list of broken events as well in other zones. The game is getting to a point that a 48 hour restart should become the norm until permanent fixes can be found. GW2 is quickly becoming a broken game atm:(

Sorrow’s Furnace would benefit highly from a restart, too…

A few of the skill points in Metrica province on borlis pass server didn’t work also ._.

At least half the events in Lornar’s Pass are broken, including the skill point mentioned above.

The skill point in Diessa Plateau (The butcher), is also bugged and preventing map completion. Honestly, I see more bugged events than I see working ones at this point. I can give a far more exhaustive list, but this wasn’t happening when regular restarts occurred near the opening.

Agreed – two stuck dynamic events and one bugged skill point on Bloodtide Coast, also a bugged skill point in Dissun’s mine in Dredgehaunt cliffs – that’s off the top of my head too. Please restart server as there aren’t enough people playing to get into overflow server.

On Tarnished Coast, for the last three days, I’ve been doing nothing but putting in /bug reports throughout game play. It’s getting increasingly frustrating.

Please RESTART the servers.

I do not know if you are collecting data on what fails over time, but enough is enough. I’ve personally submitted enough failure reports to keep a dev team busy for a few days. Please give us back the game; the waypoints, the renown vendors, the fun of playing through the dynamic events at least until they freeze up again.

My play time is precious and the rollback last night where I lost rares and map completion was bad enough. Please.

Today I encountered 5 broken Skill points
1 in Cursed Shore
1 in Malchor’s Leap
1 in Bloodtide coast
2 in Sparkfly Fen

There were numerous broken events in Cursed Shore and Malchor’s leap.. Please go back to daily server resets!! it would help with these issues SO MUCH..

Snowden Drifts is a mess of hanging DE’s and missing NPCs. I would give you exact locations and such but I am too aggravated at this point to start my game again. It is becoming more and more of a burden to try to play this game.

I have seen a boatload of bugs on Tarnished Coast over the last week to the point where I can’t even remember them all, but I’ve reported them all IG using /bug.

Same I feel like I report at least a couple of bugs each time I log in now and play, have only had major problems in the Asura 15-25 area so far [Skrittsburgh tunnels/caves] and I hope that a developer or engineer looks into this soon, it is getting quite annoying not being able to complete that area because we cannot access that content because it is bugged.

The escort quest “Join Engineer Marinus on his maintenance patrol” near Lake Feritas in Plains of Ashford won’t trigger for me.
There’s also a dead Skill Point NPC in Jeztar Falls, making it impossible to get.
And I seem to recall a bunch of broken things in Timberline Falls when I played through last night, but I was pretty out of it at the time. Can anyone confirm?

There are so many bugs messing me up no matter where I go that the game is becoming off putting. It’s a beautiful game and I love it.. When it’s not busted. My wife won’t even play anymore and won’t be playing until things are more stable. She only played the game for two days, she’s much less tolerant of this stuff than I am, but even I’m hitting my breaking point.
We didn’t pay $60 each for a broken, unfinished game and an exercise in frustration.
