Didn’t see anything about it on the first 5 pages and doing a search brought up completely unrelated stuff, so sorry if this has been reported already.
The Tempest weapon collection (The North Wind) has “Machined Warhorn” listed twice, each with different hints. One of the hints says “completely unlock the elite specialization.” I believe this should be changed to the Tempest Loop, to match all the other elite specialization collections and for the tip to make any sense.
