Finally bought Heart of Thorns and attempted to give my level 80 Elementalist the Tempest upgrade. I recieved the Tempest Horn and then tried to equip it. I can’t though, as it says it requires Tempest, which I obviously have. Can’t equip it from inventory or from the equipment screen. Any suggestions?

It isn’t enough to just learn the Tempest Traitline. You need to choose it as one of your 3 Specialiations in the Hero Panel under Builds (Just like Fire, Air, Water, Earth or Arcane).

In particular, you need to use the third (bottom) line for Tempest (the game doesn’t allow you to choose an elite spec for the Top or Middle lines).
