Speedy Conduit minor master trait in tempest line states that it grants 8 seconds of swiftness upon beginning of an overload without any boon duration buffs.
Upon popping an overload, the trait only grants 4 instead of the 8 seconds of swiftness.
It’s either an incorrect skill fact or an outdated swiftness duration was left in the final build of the game.
Please fix!
