Guild Wars 2

On Tempest using a warhorn in water attunement the number 5 skill Water Globe the moving water field sometimes when i cast it the field moves out for maybe half a second and then disappears i know its not there because when i try to blast i get nothing and the visual moving field is no longer there.
i would say this happens more so when i am with groups but i have had it happen with only 2 people around
also i thought it might be because i was using a skill immediately after casting it that may have cancelled it I’m not 100% sure on what could cause it but it happens regularly enough to be a problem

Another skill is Warhorn skill number 4 in air Cyclone the skill fact states that it is unblockable but in testing this against different types of blocks i found it is not so
