Is there a server, where the chain for this event is not bugged and the event itself can be beaten? Full servers is out of question, since one can’t transfer there anyway.

Was working two days ago, but we had too few people to actually beat the main boss. After this the event got bugged on the eastern chain. There must be some sort of assault on Stygian Deeps but it’s just not starting.
Also, there’s some random event of finding NPC, but the event-maker is nowhere to find.

The chain seems working there (after “fixing” it on my own), but even less people than on GoM.
Btw, the fix was:
Help the Pact reach the Altar of Betrayal before their morale is depleted
If the event is bugged, you can lure the giant champion to those NPC so he will kill them and reset the event. If only I could murder them by myself…
