The event is stuck right before the part at Death’s Gaze Torch, it was also stuck here before the patch. Keeper Jonez Deadrun is dead alone just outside the point of interest and he just stands there when rezed. The event text simply states, “The Pact have arrived at Death’s Gaze Torch”.
