Temple of lyssa pre-event (South eastern) is not working in Dragonbrand. The event pops up, but the npcs you need to revive and protect are already alive and the repair bar is always empty.

Same bug on Stormbluff at the moment, NPCs got revived, no repair progress, enemies refuse to kill NPCs, event is stuck.
Still not working today. I want my dragonite ores plz
