The npc just says one line of text and nothing else. No way to start the event, even though it states that the Pact are preparing to attack the Temple of Melandru.
This is exceptionally irritating as I was about to purchase my last piece of Temple armor from there (boots) but now I cant as when I was going to buy it got hit with the patch and had to log out. Upon logging back in the Temple was contested and the event to gain access to the vendor is blocked 
I’d transfer to another server to buy them, but Far Shiverpeaks is always full so I wouldnt be able to transfer back >.<
