Temple of the Forgotten God - can't see!
Bump. No replies to bug reports, etc… this is really holding up my progress.

I am not receiving any responses. I have submitted a couple tickets through the link suggested, a week apart, and I have submitted several requests in game. Is there a way to guarantee a response? This issue is going on two weeks. It is a progress blocking bug. I have tried everything, including graphic settings and completely uninstalling, then reinstalling the game. Temple of the Forgotten God is the ONLY area where this happens.
Bug reports sent in-game will garner no response, as indicated on the Bug Report window.
If you have used the web-form accessed via the ‘Support’ link, and not received the near-immediate automated response, check your junk/spam folders and/or read the Sticky, ‘Not Getting our Emails?’ found in the FAQ Sticky in the Account/Tech Support sub-forum.
If you have received the automated response, do be aware that submitting multiple tickets will only slow your response and send you to the back of the queue. Due to high volume at this time, the CS Team is allowing 7 days for replies.

Thanks Cedo! One out of game ticket submitted. I will impatiently wait and try to ignore the little green star on my in game map. :]
I get frustrated and hot-headed when a problem like that persists and I can’t find a solution. Hopefully they can just bump me forward in my storyline. I don’t care about rewards or continuity at this point.
Whilst awaiting your reply, have you tried a -repair of the client, in case of corrupted file(s)? Updated/re-installed/rolled back your graphics drivers?
Instructions found in the Knowledge Base accessed via the ‘Support’ link and ‘Search – Repair’.
Though, re-downloading probably would have repaired any files. Tried moving the gw.dat file, in case those files sit on a bad sector?

Yes, by sending only one ticket and waiting. Spamming support is contraproductive.
Also, bug reports are always forwarded, even when you don’t receive a response. If you believe this to be a technical issue on your end, not a bug, you must report it as such in order to receive a response.
By the way, I have been having a similar issue with the Zhaitan mission, where the ship’s platform and my character will zone in and out. This wasn’t there two years ago, so I assume it is an issue on Anet’s end.
