Guild Wars 2

I did receive help form support but I wanted to put this out there in case other people didn’t get boxes as well. When I first did Tequatl on SBI, we got him to at least 50% and got two boxes. They were the blue dragon box and the green dragon box. Later we killed him and I only got the bonus chest(contain the rare/exotic and he yellow dragonite things) and the large chest. I thought it was odd that I did not get the rare/yellow box but at first didn’t think much about it since I thought it had to do with me getting the blue and green earlier that day. However, last night around 7:30-7:40 we killed him again. This time I got a blue box plus the bonus and large chest. The thing that bugged me was my sister was able to get all the boxes along with some of my guild mates. So somehow I missed out on the green chest and the yellow chest again. I was at all three battery events as well and at least got a bronze for the event. Two times at the north battery and on near the mega laser.

Support says “We clearly understand that you experienced some issues with the rewards of Tequatl the Sunless, however we have to inform you that we are technically unable to provide you with the rewards.” They also told me how to report in game so they can get more information. I do not mind this and I understand that they cannot give out boxes to everyone this may happen to. My only thought is this, “Was the mini in one of those boxes?”

Ok they can’t atm reward who got problem, but they should. Think about that ANET. Someone is in queue to do Teq for all day long and then no reward?_?

I had the similiar issue. i already submitted an in game report but don’t expect any response. i killed teqautl 3 times back to back last night after reset and got zero boxes…no chests, no drops, nothing. i did get all my achievments and the sunbringer title…but was very disappointed. tequatl did bug on the second win where he went invisible…so i figure it was just a buggy day and i paid for it.

I’ve seen lots of people complain about this, but I’ve never had any problem until today. we killed tequatl and I only got the green and blue boxes.. I was confused and a little kitten ed, so I changed character and killed tequatl again.. But I still didn’t get the other bonus boxes. Ain’t gonna wait and do it 3rd time :p

This happened to me again last night around reset. I am again missing the green and yellow dragon boxes. So in total I missed out on three yellows and two greens dragon boxes. I have a picture attached that shows I only got one box and the bonus chest. I also attended the batteries during all three phases and think I got two gold and a bronze for the events.

This problem happened to me as well. I reported it in game at the time. Basically we killed Tequatl completely and I only got a blue dragon box, the chest with the yellow + dragonite ore and the normal chest on the ground. Some of my guildies got the full rewards from the same event. I dont care so much about missing the green and yellow box but I hope it can be fixed in the future!

Okay so in two days I missed out on more boxes. Today at daily reset time I only got the one orange box and the big box. So this is keep on keep on happening or is this going to get fix soon. I sent in-game bug reports with screenshots. I am getting sad about this even now and I am not sure I want to continue to do said event if I am not getting my rewards.
