Tequatl The Sunless Achievement Bug

I should have completed the Power Play, I defended the three areas and was successful in defeating Tequatl but did not gain the achievement.

Can anyone help?

Did you kill things at each battery for each of the battery defense phases? You have to kill things to actually get credit for the individual battery defense phases themselves.
