Tequatl the Sunless - Chest Bug?

Hi All,

I’m plaing on Whiteside Ridge Server.

This morning I defeated “Tequatl the Sunless,” I received the reward (Gold) event, but the chest did not appear, the other players (4-5) have not encountered this problem.
For some time during the fight I used an ice bow of an elementalist who fought with us, there may be some bug related to the use of such weapons?

A few minutes ago I completed the event again, this time the chest appeared ..
