Just tell us if this is someone finding a way to make us crash so they can get their friends into a winnable instance (the megaserver is corruptible)
or there’s a problem with how groups are handled by the megaserver,
or you cant figure it out so we should just leave.

You have tons of error reports daily and have confirmed the problem is on your end.
Now you hide behind silence and expect people to stay and spend money?!?

Change your settings. Lower the quality of all of your settings and you will quit crashing.

There is no conspiracy or players crashing you on purpose. The problem is your computer not being able to handle a full zerg of people & particle effects. Lower your settings for this event and you’ll be fine.

The best settings to change to avoid a program crash:
Graphics Options
> Animation – Medium or Low
> Antialiasing – None
> Environment – Depends on your computer, but for me this doesn’t make a difference on crashes
> LOD Distance – Medium usually works fine
> Reflections – I haven’t found this made a difference in the crashes
> Textures – Doesn’t seem to matter much either
> Render Sampling – Subsample
> Shadows – Medium or Low
> Shaders – Medium or Low
> Postprocessing – None
> Character Model Limit – Medium or Lower
> Character Model Quality – Medium or Lower
> Effect LOD – Make sure this is checked (All other boxes here leave unchecked)

Really the biggest I found was the Character Model Limit and Model Quality. And it helps to reduce the people around you so you can see the red rings better too!
