I tried the wintersday ring today, but no matter what I do the achievment is not unlocked?

Same. I got credit for Daily Activity though.

Seems to work OK for me. Needed to complete one song successfully (without dieing) to get it.

I’m having this problem too. If Tirk Wharl is correct and we need to complete a song without dying, then they need to change the description, because that’s not the same as simply ‘taking part’.

I couldn’t get it the last time it came around either but got it this time. I did complete a bunch of songs this time but it might also be because the last time I wasn’t around for the full round. When I first loaded in it was already at the hard song. You could try sticking around until it gets back to easy then do all 4 easy, medium, hard and then also the free style.

Basically I just stuck around until the daily popped. :P

What Khisanth said – just plan on sticking around and playing over and again until you get he achievement. By the time mine finally rolled around I was actually getting better at playing, so yay for achievements…
