Notes:
- The event monitor is correct: The are no centaurs in sight.
- You can pick up the sprinkler parts and you can offer them to Farmer Clarence. He thanks you, but he won’t take any sprinkler part from your inventory.
- I encountered this block a week ago and thought is had been fixed already. Doesn’t seem so.

Yeah, it was stuck about 3 hours ago when I ran by it last. Only difference I saw is that he did take my sprinkler parts from me.

Was stuck 12 hours ago, is still stuck this afternoon. Clarence won’t take my sprinkler parts, either.

Still stuck: September 18th, 2012 ; 6:50 PM PST. I have been noticing this for the past three days.

Stuck on Tarnished Coast as well.

Out of curiosity is it possible that the centaurs from the other events in close proximity are causing this bug? I’ve always noticed that the event starts fine but never completes because the ruined grapes event and the one at the fort occur at the same time both including centaurs.

I can confirm that, as I’m on Tarnished Coast standing next to Farmer Clarence, who is probably sprouting cobwebs by now . . .

Minor update since I can’t seem to edit my previous post: The event is NOT blocked in Queensdale Overflow, but as soon as I transition to the standard zone, it’s blocked again.

Yes, but the overflow servers are, technically, just another server/world (I guess). The event doesn’t seem to be stuck on each server, just on some. I guess some special conditions have to be met to freeze the event.

The same event is blocked/bugged on Sorrow’s Furnace as well.

Given the large number of events that are bugged, is it seems to me that the cause is not event specific, but is caused by the underlying more general event code.

Sorry but my patience is starting to wear thin.

If i’d report all the bugged events i come across, i’d spend more time reporting than playing.

September 29, 2012 and this bugged event has yet to be fixed at least on Fort Aspenwood.
