Guild Wars 2

Title says it all. I’m supposed to sink the ghost ship and there are two trebuchets. One of them is just not working, the other one I can use, but no matter what the direction is it keeps saying “you cannot fire this weapon in that direction”. Am I supposed to load it/have prerequisite to trigger it? Kernsson, Mira and Trahearne are alive and with me. Im stuck ^^.

What did you (and I) miss??? I’m trying this and I can’t seem to get the trebuchet to work.
