Guild Wars 2

I realise that a lot of these threads have been created but I wondered if anyone could help me with the issue, I also noticed that the threads I looked at were over 1 year old.

I would just like to also say when the screen goes black I still see the Gw2 cursor, like many others have experienced, I am also able to move it. I am also able to hear the sound of Gw2.

So basically what happens is…
1.I log into Gw2 (sometimes I get an error message like “Guild Wars 2 has encounter an error” “The game client is unable to gain access to the log-in server at this time.”
2. If I have managed to log in, I would obviously go straight into character select. At this point I sometimes have an error where I can click “play” or double click on the character I want to play and the “play” button turns grey as if its going to lose and then would lose connection to the server.

So at this point, I presume its my internet since my internet has been acting up but then I don’t disconnect from Teamspeak when the event happens. I would like to confirm if it is the issue. I don’t believe it to be my Rig.

If you need any readings or something I would happily give them (If I knew how too, so you may need to “walk me through it” as I am terrible with PC’s… and yet I play on them ;-;

Please help me, I’m running out of ideas and I really wanna play Gw2, I miss WvW a lot.

Well, I had made a thread about it a while back https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/bugs/Constant-black-screens-and-disconnects/. I have put there some interesting info that could help to track the issue, but so far no official response. However, now I stopped to think about I have realized the issue is a lot less frequent now.
