Q:
What is being done by ANet on the process of identifying, removing ,and blocking the various bots on all world servers? I can’t even get back into my own original homeworld server and all my guildmates/bonuses due to that problem.
(Was in sanctum of rall ,went to help some folks in pve on another world, now i can’t get back into sanctum.)

As already explained by our security coordinator, Mike, we are very commited to fight botters and the only way the community can effectively help us is by using the in-game reporting tools. On the other matter, free transfers are still on the air so you can keep on checking periodically the servers in a lower activity hour to jump back to Sanctum.
