Today I did The Collapsed Observatory Jumping Puzzle and I encountered what I think are two bugs.

Bug #1

I got to the end of the jumping puzzle, got the achievement, and then I hopped down to fight the veteran guarding the splendid chest. While fighting the veteran I died. Since I am a warrior I used the 3 skill (I forget the name of it right now) to come back to life. Whenever I used this skill in the past I would stay alive for a few seconds. No matter how many monsters I killed or corpses I looted I would die. After using the 3 skill I killed the veteran, then started opening the grand chest, looted it, and I didn’t die. Not that I’m complaining, but I’m pretty sure I should have died, so there is bug #1.

Bug #2

I’m not sure if I got it from the veteran or the grand chest, but I got a support reminder token. This living story is over and I can’t cast my vote. That’s bug #2. Nice waste of a rare drop

I’ve actually had several instances of me using the 3 skill to come back to life and then… somehow staying alive afterwards. I’ve tried to replicate it, like being stunned or dodging when the timer runs out, but… I have no idea what triggers it.

Issue #1 isn’t a bug, skill 3 has a chance to be a full rally (no death afterward) if you kill a mob once you use it. There’s a trait to make this a 100% chance but by default it will still happen once in awhile. (http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Vengeance has it at 35-45% for rally without the trait, which seems close to what I’ve experienced)

Issue #2 is common to all JP chests it seems right now. It’s not the end of the world, though, because they have a vendor value of 1s14c or something close to that, which isn’t too shabby.

The token is also a guaranteed drop from the chest. You didn’t roll a rare and end up with a token. The token was going to be there regardless.
