I made a Norn Guardian on Anvil rock and the gates have been bugged for 30 minutes and personally I would rather not be in a endless moot brawl. Players can not progress through the tutorial at this time
Yes its bugged on certain servers at the moment. In this thread I explained how you can get out of it and still continue with your Norn. Till then keep sending tickets.
Servers that I have confirmed that work; Piken Square, Ring of Fire, Desolation (you will have to guest to one of these)
