Guild Wars 2

Well first impressions of the game I was enjoying it…until I got to the Snowlord’s Gate to complete the tutorial area(Accompany Eir on the Great Hunt). The gates will not open. I have completed all the prerequisite quests. I have killed the three trophy animals multiple times. Getting a little frustrating….

Every time a battle starts in there, the gates close while players fight him. A brawl event should activate, which will keep you busy until they open again. It’s like this in all of the races’ tutorial zones. Just be patient.

Okay. I did figure as much but does it take hours to finish the event?

I’ve been stuck in this same gate scene for three hours now, what happens if someone is afk beyond the gate?

I’ve tried everything and the gates do not open. Someone has to solve this problem !!!!

Try guesting to another server. (Use the Wiki link above if you need information on guesting.) This usually solves the problem.
