Guild Wars 2

I’ve been trying to get up there for a while now, but it doesn’t seem possible. There’s a gate blocking the way which does nothing, and there’s nowhere to climb and no hidden cave.
The worst part is I watched some players jump at it for half an hour, and when I went to check for a tip on how to do it for a moment, they vanished. And then someone died on the other side of the gate. =[

Is it just bugged and the gate opening is needed? Or is it really that difficult of a jumping puzzle? There’s no info on this place anywhere on the internet.

There’s an event involving an escort to the gate and opening it. However, it’s been bugged (at least on Crystal Desert) for quite awhile.

Yeah, I saw the other threads about the bug and realized it’s been messed up. Lousy bugs. =[
