As the title says, neither on the minimap or the world map. Bottom right of the screenshot:

It appears your Trading Post guy is selected to be hidden.

Open your World Map.
In the bottom left is an icon that looks like an eye, click it.
Re-check the boxes that relegate whether the Trading Post is displayed on your map.

This is not the case, I would not have posted if I hadn’t checked this first. They show in all other cities, and I have all boxes ticked.
