So my legendary I crafted that I loved to death with its lack of footfalls and music notes suddenly has footfalls. How do I toggle this off? Is this a bug? Please say it is. In the meantime I had to reskin to precursor because footfalls annoys me that much.

it is not a bug. the visual effects on the minstrel have been updated in the most recent patch, and legendary visual effects can’t be toggled.
