on the 4/9/2012 at 8pm i was fighting the Shatterer with a lot of other people because it was a world event by the time will killed him i got no EXP or Karma and i did not see the chest on the floor.

I had the exact same thing happening to me more than once. And it was also the case with the other big dragon fight at Spakfly fen. I participated in the fight from start to finish and I was the same level as the dragon. Is there something mandatory that I should know?

Working as intended. Participation is calculated by the amount of damage you do to the dragon. If you didn’t do enough percentage of damage, then it wont give you bronze/silver/gold. It sucks, I know, as there are more ways of participating that just doing damage, but thats what the system is right now.

Hop onto one of the turrets or mortars. EASY gold level participation.

Happens on TEQUATL too. Minimum should not be nothing. Minimum should be bronze. Its supposed to be a bug. Because thats NOT the way arena net wants the game to be. They wouldnt implement unfair things on purpose.
