Guild Wars 2

This personal story step (The Source of Orr) appears to be bugged. After I “Defeat the Sovereign Eye” a cut scene plays with some speaking but no character appears. After the cut scene I have no objective and am unable to continue with the story.

This bug has been present for me since pre Heart of Thorns release. I submitted a bug report to no reply (perhaps I did it wrong?) so I gave up. After the last patch release I thought I’d try the story again to no avail.

Contact support and work with them. The might be able to help you get unstuck.
