Guild Wars 2

Stuck on a progression blocker in the personal story quest line The Source of Orr. I kill the eye thing, then an npc starts speaking but never gets spawned.

When this bugged for me the last time I did this story, which was a few months ago, it’s because I did too much damage too quickly and the instance kind of got stuck. There should still be an easy work around though.

Did the eye teleport to the outskirts and back twice before you downed it? If not, it sounds like the same bug I got. Just restart and hold back a bit and basically wait for the content to catch up with you.

It worked! Auto attack for the easy win! 2 outer teleports and it went just fine.
