After farming the Silverwaste chest farm for about an hour, I decided to take a break and log off. Before that however, I emptied my bank of all the crafting materials and listed them for sale on the TP. Very quickly, about 10g worth of the cheaper items sold. When I checked the transactions tab to see how much still needed to sell, there was still all of the higher level crafting materials and rare items listed. Then I logged off. A couple of hours later, I logged on to check to see if the items sold, and to my surprise, the TP tab was clear! There was no little red mark on the corner that signified anything updated, so I checked my transactions tab once again. Apparently, most of my items had sold, but I received none of the profit! This was anywhere from 20-40g worth of stuff that I lost, which sucks because now I have no means to buy all the new stuff on the gem store.

The TP used to have an issue with having too much stuff in the pickup tab. It will prevent gold from showing up. Not sure about the new version.

My pickup tab was empty though

Umm i just recently had something similar.. I had 11 Lucky Ram Lanterns posted for 2g 55s and they were not selling so i decided to pull down and repost… the items were gone… like they just vanished off of the tp.. I have a support ticket in

Naivea posted in another thread that it turned out that there were hidden transactions (due to sheer volume), i.e. there wasn’t any missing gold or transactions.

@Breadfrenzy: what did the support team say when you contacted them? (not including the generic insta-reply).

AFAIK, there are no documented cases of people actually losing gold or items from the TP. It has always turned out that people just couldn’t see (or, in more cases than players would like to admit, they clicked “pick up” and forgot about it).

I don’t mean to suggest it’s impossible for the OP to have lost anything. I do mean that they should work with support to find out what happened; we won’t be able to help them here.
