Guild Wars 2

Apologies in advance if this is the wrong section as I am unsure of it is either a bug or a game feature, but my problem is the following. I run my own guild with just one other person from real life. We both play through the game together and we came to a bug in Hellion fields I think it is, where we could not get past a certain heart in order to continue, so we both changed servers. As the leader of my guild after changing servers, I am now unable to access the guild bank and have lost all the stuff I put into it. Is this common or is it just me? I play a fair amount over a few characters and I had a lot of items within the bank that I was not willing to lose, it really has ruined the game for me as about 4 gold plus of items were in there for my fellow guild member. Apart from that the money and points that I used to set up this vault that I used for all of two days are gone. Could someone please advise, if losing all your guild upgrades is a consequence of changing servers, then surely it should be more apparent. Thanks.

Guilds don’t change servers. Your items may still be in the guild bank, but on your home world. I would suggest trying to change back. If your items still aren’t there, submit a ticket with a GM.

Thanks a lot for the reply, appreciated. Yeh I can’t change back due to the new week long wait time but I was hoping that was the case!
