As you can see in the screenshot, the Renown Heart NPC is located at a different position than the Renown Heart icon on the minimap.

That happens sometime when a player fights an enemy near the npc. It will help you and chase the enemy mob if you move as well. Seen that a couple times

The npc was in a different spot for me. If I hadn’t come across this thread, I would not have found her. She was dead and I would not have known to rez her.
