Quandry Scratch does’nt spawn any Experiment rifle if you already completed renown heart.
Scarlet’s Prototype Mechanism cannot be found in her hideout in Lonar pass

Will update if there are more Progress stuck

I’m still waiting till they fix this one as well :/.
Has been so since launch. For the experimental rifle you can use another character who hasn’t completed the heart yet.
