It’s obviously that the bleeding cap of 25 can’t be anything else but a bug. This game is desinged around mass events with 30+ players and has classes in it (especially the Necromancer) that rely on Bleeding to do damage. Only someone wiht absolutely no clue of the game mechanics would create such a low cap for Bleed.

I definitely second this statement.
yeah agreeed, my bleed warrior spec can put up 25 stacks of bleed in seconds, cant imagine how annoying it is in a huge boss fight with dozens of people applying bleeds and getting no dmg out of them at all.
I agree with this as well. the cap should at least be changed to 25 per char.
so when i see a tick of bleed damage, is that not my damage? Say i see a lot of 60’s flying about, then someone is also bleeding seeing 70’s flying about, aren’t they two different things? If i make sense at all
