Guild Wars 2

I know this is not really the right place to post this but I don’t know how else I could contact Arenanet about this issue.
Lately I’ve been getting tons of mails from “pvpbank.com”. I’m not sure but I think that advertising stuff that has to do with goldselling is a big nono in Guild Wars 2.

What they write me is the following:
“Dear Hero,Cheapest GW2 Gold is now on hot sale <pvpbank.c0m> 10G=27€,5% extra gold order over 10g.Purchasing now! Sorry for trouble you.Enjoy your game!—Yours Pvpbank.com”

The problem is, there is no way to report these people so I’ve just been reporting them through “bug report”. But that is alot of work, looking up the account names of the people, making screenshots of the mails and I’m not even sure if Arenanet does something with those reports. So yah, ability to report mails please?

In the meantime, I’ll just report these people here (if what they are doing is actually not allowed)(These are just the latest people, I’ve had alot more mails before)

I would like to thank Arenanet for implementing a mail report system now. ^^

I suggest to have an option to automatically block any mail from players not on your friends list.

I really agree with this. The gold sellers are getting annoying and bold.

What I do is search for the sender name in contacts (which adds them…) then Report > Scamming from there, then Block them.

I just got the same thing. There needs to be a way to report it as spam right on the mail, or to forward the in-game mail to admin. These pfishers need to be shut down asap.

It was added today, so you can do it now.
