Thief Bugs
Improvisation doesn’t recharge one of each type of skill. It recharges all of one type of skill, and the type of skill is random, and it can select skill types even if you don’t have any equipped. It’s not a bug unless it’s never ever recharging anything.
“Come! Break your weapons upon me!”
I guess I was that unlucky with the recharges a few times. I tried again and it worked.
2.) isn’t a bug either. Immobilize prevents ANYTHING from moving the character affected by the condition.
If a skill is meant to pull a target to the user, immobilize overrides that.

Didn’t see much else on the scorpion wire bug in search, so thought I’d elaborate since it’s basically useless in it’s current form:
When launching a scorpion wire at a foe, I’ve noticed a few things can happen instead of pulling the foe towards you like the description states. Sometimes the enemy is knocked down, and isn’t moved at all. Sometimes the enemy will be grabbed, but slight changes in terrain will result in the enemy falling off the wire. Finally, there’s been a few times where the skill has had no discernible effect other than causing the foe to aggro in PvE.
I wish I could elaborate more, but the failure is pretty random and I haven’t really been able to tie it to any particular circumstance. It’s a little finicky about the terrain you pull the enemy across, with rocks and bumps causing the failure rate to increase, but there doesn’t seem to be anything causing the odd knockdown effect.
