Thief - Hidden Killer broken

I was testing this with another thief in WvW, we both run the Hidden Killer trait.
After patch its utterly broken, it did fail a few times before but now. Its like 1 out of 4 being a crit, but is this due to my owkitten% crit chance or the trait?…
Is this a 30 point trait that doesn´t work?..

Still not fixed omfg?:| the last kitten specc that made me play this game. I won’t reroll because thief is boring and pathetic. I am fed up with nerfs and tbh, given ele/mesmer/guardian and ranger I am at a loss as to what deves were thinking besides mocking all the rest. I cba with this game.
Can you pls give us an update on this issue? Im really starting to get agitate… This bug should be top priority, as it affects game play of several players, I think enuff time has past that you should have the problem isolated and fix
Anet team knows about the issue and is working on it. Unfortunately they don’t tell details.
