Guild Wars 2

I bought 2 boxes from the vendor in DR and was able to open with no problems. I bought 4 from the vendor in LA and everytime I try to open it says the classic “content is temporarily disabled.” Any Ideas?

I purchased 2 ranger laurel boxes in Lions arch, and they say content temporarily disabled, I bought them the first day the laurel was introduced cause I wanted very much to see the sort of items they gave. I’m very disappointed, I reported the problem immediately but no response has been given
