Guild Wars 2

I often used Choking Gas and Smoke Screen with my Thief to shoot poison and blind projectiles with my Shortbow. Currently they rarely work, if at all. I lay down Smoke Screen and shoot through it and sometimes it may proc a blind arrow on 1st or 2nd shot and then any shots after that don’t work. Sometimes it doesn’t work at all- period. Same with Poison Field.

I tried it in several situations including firing on flat ground, uphill and downhill~ it’s broken. It works more often when the enemy is in melee range or if I shoot through the wall width wise so maybe the arrow shots are bugged and not the fields? idk. Shadow Refuge isn’t failing combos as much, but Pistol bullets are failing to combo too. It worked flawlessly before patch; every projectile proc’d poison/blind/etc.

If it used to proc on every projectile then they just fixed a bug.

The only skills on SB that is 100% proc are Suprise Shot(1 while stealthed) and Disabling Shot(3).
For pistol it’s Body Shot(2), Headshot(4) and Black Powder(5).

Using barracudas in southsun as target(because they don’t move if you shoot from land) all of these proc as expected. Trick Shot and Vital Shot only have a 20% chance to proc.
