The Signets of power trait in the critical hits line does not mention that the stealth on kill has a cooldown. It obviously also does not tell you what that cooldown is as well. Would be nice to know if any of the other added effects of the signets had ICDs.

I am assuming that the ICD on stealth on kill is intentional, if not then there’s an unintended ICD on the stealth on kill from Signets of power, and the tooltip is correct.

Hrm, had not tested but I do know it won’t trigger if you are already stealthed, and ofc if you are revealed from coming out of stealth.
