I’m level 80, and I’m still on the level 11 part of my Personal Story quest – The Fall of Falcon Company after having selected an option, as per the missing sister arc.
This quest is currently impossible to complete, as the required NPC DOES NOT SPAWN at the Edvin Monastary, contrary to what the wiki and the quest log says. This NPC does not spawn, period, despite server resets and changing between Overload and normal server.
