Thief stealth bug
It’s always been like this, I think.
And it is indeed total BS. This should be fixed ASAP.
It no longer only happens in WvW anymore. I’m not sure if recent patch did anything but in sPvP (5v5) thieves take atleast 2-3 seconds to fully reappear. Most thieves get 2-3 regular HS or 1-2 hasted PW in. It’s fricken ridiculous. I can understand if it’s inside a giant WvW zerg that it takes that long for reappearance but this is a map with only 10 people.
Yep. Despite what A.net said or tried to set up the game as, Thief’s do in fact have perma stealth while in combat. If they spec for it. Its almost worse than Rogues in wow. At least in wow you could pop them out of stealth.

its WAY WaY worse than rogues ever where. rogues had only 1 vanish, 2 if specced. (talking vanilla wow here where rogues were the most OP class in the game) also you could break our stealth with aoe, dots, flares.
thiefs in this game is like being a rogue that has permanent shadow dance + cloak of shadows + 5 vanishes + ambush that hits for 75% of the targets health and doesnt cost energy

Well if you have a thief that’s rotating stealth (like CnD) between reveals, and they’re bugged/invis during that reveal window it can seem permanent.
yes it can, but its not, and like i said, it needs fixing, sooner rather then later
