Is this a bug? I was playing on a megaserver in silverwastes and about to complete vinewrath when I suddenly got a loading screen and then found myself on…another server? Uh, WTF? Are you serious? I was about to get my loot for crying out load WTF!

It could be that you were taxied (a taxi is when you move from one map server ip to another via another party member) into a map that was already closing and never reopened. When this happens, the timer for the map closing (volunteer’s blessing prompt) is not displayed and it can be surprising when you’re kicked out of the map when the map finally expires.

Other than that… the only other explanation, that I can think of, is that the timer for the map expiring was on your screen and you just didn’t notice it.

The timer also disappears if you use a waypoint.

But if it had enough people to do vinewraith, it should have reopened long before.
