Guild Wars 2

So I go to the new Ticket Merchant NPC to trade in my 3 Tournament Tickets, with them in my inventory, and his only dialogue option is “No, thanks”. Tried on 3 different characters, including the one who originally got them, no luck. I have a screenshot of the dialogue and the inventory including them. Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong?

I have same problem, NPC only say “No, thanks” and no more…

I tried with 5 players and all days but every fail
