Most people aren’t having the problem, so it’s likely something specific to your account or your installation.
While you are waiting to hear back from Customer Service, some things you can try:
- Double check that your computer’s system clock is properly synced to the current time. (Doesn’t happen often, but it does affect how the UI displays timers.)
- Double check that you are checking after reset — daylight savings time goes into effect at different days in the year, depending on your location, however the ‘standard time’ that the time gates reset do not change.
- Repair your data file (see the wiki for instructions) — this isn’t likely to matter, but it’s easy and relatively fast to try it)

I’m sorry, but after following your link I started to fill it out, but they wanted way too much information. I don’t trust it. It wants information that could be used to steal my account if the link you gave me is fraudulent. There should be a way to do this in the game or from the forums after logging in that accepts my logging into the forums or the game as sufficient proof of who I am.
it isn’t a fraudulent link, you can get to exactly the same place from here by going services >> support >> Submit a request.

The link they gave you is the link to Anet’s support. That’s how you create a support ticket, and they ask for that much information so you prove who you are when you create the ticket.
