Problem: The leader of the group left the battle Tixx’s Infinirarium (Final Stop) and all members automatically returned to Lion’s Arch.

Result: I returned to Tixx’s Infinirarium (Final Stop) along with another group and after completing the dungeon I did not get my 100 Mystical Cogs. It was as if I had completed the dungeon for the second time.

And now? I lost my reward?
