A couple days ago I cleared the Tixx’s Infinirarium dungeon, and again today. Both times I was unable to loot the end-of-dungeon chest. I receive the bonus chest items (from the clickable chest that pops up in the lower corner) but when I approach the lootable chest and try to use it absolutely nothing happens. I can click on the chest to select it and text saying “Chest” in yellow appears at the top of the screen, but it looks odd to me and not like how names of things normally appear when you select them.
Additionally, the Wintersday achievement for defeating Tixx will not clear. I’m sorry if that would be considered a separate bug but it seems related to my problem.
Both times I was playing as Moonlit Dream, my level 66 female mesmer Sylvari on the Gandara server, and both times I was in a group of five people at the time of clearing the dungeon and while I was trying to open the chest.
