When used with the rune set bonus, it doesn’t remove a condition. I believe it is supposed to since it is affected by the Powerful Shouts trait.
Sorry; originally had the rest of the information in title but had to cut it down. The warrior heal spell is bugged in that it does not remove a condition when it is combined with the Rune Set bonus of Superior Rune of the Trooper. I think it is supposed to.
