To those experiencing issues at the moment

As stated on the Guild Wars 2 Twitter, ArenaNet is performing a maintenance which is causing the connectivity issues such as:

Guild is not showing up
Party is not working correctly
Chats are lagging
You and/or your friends/guildies are coming up as offline when this is not the case
