Engineers Toolkit 30% Faster recharge doesnt work as intended. Tooltip for all toolbelt skills correctly shows 30% reduction but in real it counts as 20% reduction even if Tools traited for 30 points. For instance grenade barrage shows 21s cooldown, but when triggered it counts from 24s. Pls fix this. It’s quite old bug. (but not as old as Scope -oh snap-!)

Also 30% faster recharge doesn’t work for Mine Field toolbelt skill at all.
